Hey future roommate! Are you looking for a nice room in Enschede? Then this is your chance! We have a room available in our cozy student house from July 1st. You will live with 1 woman and 2 men, all studying at the UT. We may be called Huize NERD, but that doesn't mean that we are only studying. We like to eat as often as possible during the week with those who like to participate. In addition to an annual Christmas dinner, we also plan a house evening together every month, often with original themes and activities. If you have a nice suggestion, we'd love to hear it! Unfortunately, there is still studying to be done and some of us are active in associations, so there is certainly room for flexibility and privacy. About the room: The room is on the first floor and has an area of 12 m2. The room has a large window overlooking the street. One half of the window can be opened. The room is located at the front of the house, and has extra storage space on the side of the sloping roof. The cabinet stays in place and the lamp stays in place. You share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with your housemates. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. The bathroom also has a washing machine. We keep these spaces clean together by means of a cleaning schedule. There is also a covered bicycle shed in the garden where you can safely park your bicycle. The location of the house is ideal. It is less than 5 minutes by bike to the center. It's also only a 15-minute bike ride to the UT and 8 minutes to Saxion, so you can get to your lecture or internship in no time.
